About the Role:
As a Senior Salesforce Platform Architect within our Go-to-marketplace Applications team, you will be a driver of Crowdstrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. This role is stationed within the Shared Services team under GTM Apps (Team Size ~100 +) with primary stakeholders as Directors/Sr. Directors of GTM Apps Teams.
What You’ll Do:

  • Primarily responsible for keeping the Salesforce platform(s) healthy and scalable by both proactive and reactive system monitoring measures.

  • Collaborate with the GTM Apps mission teams on different initiatives during the solutioning phase, assess the impact to the Salesforce platform and suggest mitigation strategies.

  • Driving platform level prioritization process for defects, enhancements and system improvement projects and hands-on executing and driving the closure.

  • Set up best practices for any data integrations or loads in and out of Salesforce via external Apps or internal tools and monitor the interfaces.

  • Constantly assess and enforce data security measures with New Salesforce features as well as applying best practices for system access for internal users.

  • Maintain strategic relationship with the Salesforce Account Team and generate and action performance reports provided to us.

  • Active participation in evaluation of Third-Party Apps installed on Salesforce for security and performance.

  • Strategize Authentication, Authorization and Data Security policies for GTM Apps.

  • Lead internal and external security audits and execute on the critical highlights from the readouts.

  • Advocate the Salesforce best practices for coding and configuration. Work with Dev Leads of All GTM Mission teams and maintain the coding standards documentation.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ Years of Experience on Salesforce Platform, 3+ as an Architect.

  • Salesforce Architect certifications - Application Architect and System Architect

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with other enterprise IT systems, middleware, and database technologies.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
