The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst in Platform Operations & Analytics, you’ll drive TrueML’s data strategy by developing actionable insights and advanced BI solutions that inform product and strategic roadmaps. This high-impact role will position you as a key contributor to data architecture and analytics, working directly with leadership to optimize decision-making and improve platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product & Technology to ensure robust analytics frameworks support strategic goals
- Own data-driven projects end-to-end, from data extraction and transformation to visualization and insights generation.
- Lead the design and development of BI solutions, creating interactive dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Monitor project deliverables, proactively identifying blockers and ensuring critical tasks are completed on time.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships, leveraging influence to drive analytics priorities.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and data mining to uncover actionable insights on customer behaviors, platform performance, and strategic KPIs.
- Spearhead predictive analytics efforts, including customer behavior modeling, risk assessment, and campaign performance optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, and performance-driven analysis.
- Mastery of SQL and proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create impactful dashboards and reporting.
- Strong skills in Python or R for advanced analysis, modeling, and automation.Proven ability to design, build, and refine complex BI solutions that drive strategic impact.
- Experience with statistical analysis, experiment design, and A/B testing.
- Skilled in presenting complex findings to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Preferred:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in BI and analytics, with a track record of tech-centric project leadership.
- Degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or related field.
- Financial services or fintech experience, with expertise in machine learning and predictive modeling libraries (sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow).
