About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented contracts professional with extensive experience negotiating moderately challenging agreements and willing to assist the legal department with all aspects of contract administration, including, managing day-to-day operational issues and specifically, the contract lifecycle management system.
What You'll Do:
- Review, revise and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, primarily Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, quote/order forms and purchase agreements
- Identify contractual issues that are problematic or inconsistent with company processes and/or policies and provide follow through until the issues are resolved by the respective internal departments
- Professionally and patiently respond to questions from other departments, primarily Sales/Alliances, and customers
- Maintain an in depth knowledge of the Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM) system functionality, troubleshoot issues, discover and report errors and track progress to resolution
- Train and assist Legal team and other departments in using the CLM system
- Enter, maintain and report on data in the CLM system
- Assist legal team members process requests, complete contract records and obtain signatures.
- Triage legal requests, providing direction to Sales, and assign legal requests to legal staff as needed.
- Assist with responding to Legal oriented questions on RFQs, RFIs, solicitations, and contribute to proposal responses, as requested.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-8 years' experience with commercial contracting and a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage from cradle to grave NDA's, SOW's, and quotes/orders related to cloud-based software and professional services with Sales and customers
- Experience assisting attorneys and other legal professionals with day to day tasks
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and contract lifecycle management system(s)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, team-oriented mentality, and a sense of humor

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
