Job Description:

CoreLogic continues to win in the market, and we are expanding our Client Director Team. We have an opportunity for a highly motivated senior account executive to join our mortgage sales team. This opportunity is for an accomplished account executive who is experienced in engaging client executive leadership to advance partnerships by fully understanding client priorities, needs, and opportunities. You will be our point person to lead cross-functional enterprise resources to position CoreLogic as a trusted business advisor within an assigned territory!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s business priorities, needs, and opportunities, and evangelize how CoreLogic capabilities align with our clients' business to identify partnership expansion opportunities.
  • Effectively position CoreLogic as a strategic partner to explore The Art of the Possible within the property, mortgage moment; and enable and encourage our client partners to reimagine their business vision and strategy and exceed their goals and objectives.
  • Leverage a team-based go-to-market sales model, leading the full sales cycle with large, complex organizations.
  • Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to drive strategic value to our customers.
  • Identify and nurture highly engaged and impactful client relationships that directly lead to mutual success and continued partnerships.
  • Collaborate and find effective ways to leverage the incredible talent, expertise, and knowledge of the CoreLogic Team.
  • Capture and report new business volume and velocity success by effectively leveraging CRM.
  • Drive new revenue with managed accounts, including market share growth with existing solutions.
  • Help retain and renew existing business.
  • Build executive-level relationships, including with C-suite leaders.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus 10 years of direct sales experience. 
  • Experience in solution selling; strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative style 
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally to drive optimization of sales performance. 
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment to successful influence and execute decisions and goals 
  • Proven track record of facilitating, negotiating and closing successful transactions for products and services in Mortgage. 
  • Strong analytical skills; independent decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations.  
  • Sound judgment coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities. 
  • Effective results orientation with a demonstrated track record of success. 
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time to deliver consistent results for the business. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective listening skills; able to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/ client feedback; able to present and discuss complex concepts to executive audiences; deep competitive/market awareness 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%. 

Please note range listed is for the base salary. This is a base and commission compensation package. (OTE) Commission is uncapped.

Annual Pay Range:

192,000 - 240,000 USD
