What You’ll Do:

The Capacity Planning team at CoreWeave ensures that every watt, rack, and square foot of data center infrastructure is maximized to its full potential. The team delivers the modeling, forecasting, and analysis required to support infrastructure growth, optimize resource usage, and improve energy efficiency across our global footprint.

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced capacity planning professional to support the future growth of CoreWeave’s data centers. In this role, you will develop and maintain complex models for data center power, cooling, and space utilization. You will perform scenario analyses, provide actionable insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and planning teams to guide infrastructure decisions at scale.

Who You Are:

  • 7–9 years of experience in data center capacity planning, infrastructure planning, or a related field

  • Deep understanding of data center power distribution (UPS, PDUs, generators, redundancy), cooling systems, and space constraints

  • Proficient with server, storage, and networking hardware and their physical resource impacts

  • Skilled in managing large datasets and using tools such as Excel, SQL, Looker, or Tableau

  • Familiarity with DCIM tools and automation frameworks

  • Ability to conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic infrastructure decisions

The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
