The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the sales process, willing to go the extra mile, and excited about contributing to the success of our sales department. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will manage your territory, engage proactively with leads, and continuously hunt for new business. You’ll also play a key role in closing deals, helping our clients see the value of our product in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial conversation to deal closure.
- Identify and create new sales opportunities through networking, turning them into long-term partnerships.
- Present and demo our SaaS platform to prospective clients, highlighting its value in addressing their business needs.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and address their ongoing software needs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer contentment and protect the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and accurately maintain records of sales and customer data.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in IT or technology.
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions; experience with accounting or financial applications is a plus.
- Prior experience in the Property Management Software space is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiating strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-driven.
- BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
