About The Role

As a Sourcer at Mochi, you’ll play a key role in fueling our growth by building strong talent pipelines and uncovering high-impact candidates in a competitive hiring landscape. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and ensure we’re bringing in the best people to help us scale.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Wellfound, and other tools to find and connect with exceptional candidates across technical, clinical, and business functions.
• Proactively develop and maintain a steady flow of high-potential candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Craft compelling outreach to spark interest, build relationships with passive talent, and serve as a brand ambassador for Mochi Health.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and align efforts with business needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate fit, motivation, and alignment with Mochi’s fast-paced, high-impact culture.
• Use data and sourcing metrics to analyze effectiveness, refine techniques, and continuously improve our talent attraction efforts.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth environments, whether in tech, healthcare, startups, or staffing agencies.
• Proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent through creative sourcing techniques.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize sourcing strategies based on performance insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to excite and engage candidates.
• Highly adaptable and proactive, comfortable in a fast-moving, high-talent-density environment.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
