The Solution Consultant is responsible for identifying, quantifying, and demonstrating both the solution and value that Fairmarkit will deliver to customers. You will use various tools to support the sales team in demonstrating how the solution works and the value and ROI it generates. This role reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting and plays a key part in supporting the sales team through technical expertise and value demonstration.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to provide solution expertise and support during the sales process.
  • Understand customer pain points and map them to Fairmarkit’s capabilities, demonstrating the value of our platform.
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with prospects to develop business cases quantifying Fairmarkit’s ROI
  • Work with customers on integration design workshops (e.g., ERP, procurement systems) and answer technical, security and compliance questions.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of business cases to prospective clients.
  • Support RFP responses, including documentation and asset creation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Experience & Industry Knowledge

  • At least 2-3 years in Pre-Sales, Enterprise Customer Success, or Consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of the Source-to-Pay process
  • Experience with Procurement Technology is a big plus

Technical & Business Acumen

  • Ability to discuss integration strategies and technical aspects of Fairmarkit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools

Communication & Presentation Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating across multiple teams.
  • A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings as well as industry events.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate based in the United States. Remote work opportunities may be limited to designated states. The compensation range for this position is $145,000 - $200,000 year (OTE) + equity, and benefits.
