We are seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role driving our customers toward success. You will need to deeply understand our clients' business needs and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions. As a workflow automation solution, we’re needing someone who can dig deep into our customer’s & prospect’s sales process and derive the most optimal workflow & best practice for their revenue success.

What you’ll do:

  • Help our customers to achieve their business goals & requirements within Prelay
  • Own customer accounts - adoption metrics, check-ins, their general success on Prelay
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that align with client needs.
  • Conduct thorough workflow mapping workshops to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop architectural designs and blueprints that outline the structure and integration of proposed solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with the product & engineering team to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Perform solution demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the benefits and functionalities of proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce (SFDC) and workflow automation.
  • Eagerness to hop into pre-sales deals as needed to help support solutions for our prospective customers.

We’re looking for people who are eager to exceed these expectations:

  • 3+ years of proven experience working as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role, ideally in sales or revtech space
  • Experience at an Enterprise SaaS provider as a top performer
  • Strong expertise in workflow mapping methodologies and tools.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills; CRM experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the intuitive ability to work effectively with various personality types
  • Self-motivated, team oriented, strategic thinker with ability to think through complex problems with a passion for driving results, and strong sense of personal accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, and work as a team with various stakeholders
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) platform and its various modules
