Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect in our Customer Success team, you will partner with leading organizations to solve complex data challenges. You’ll engage with data engineers, scientists, and analysts to adopt Acryl’s innovative solutions and best practices, empowering them to achieve their data goals.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the Solutions Architect function and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup. You’ll work with a supportive, tight-knit team and interact with customers across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on data ingestion, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, developing solutions that align with their objectives.
• Build custom integrations and resolve technical issues during customer onboarding.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for feature improvements and innovation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and share knowledge within the team and the community.

Qualifications

• • Experience: 4+ years in software engineering, data engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, or consulting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with modern data stacks, ETL processes, and enterprise-level data pipelines. Expertise in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Snowflake, and Looker.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for helping customers succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
