Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Deep understanding of the mortgage origination process and loan fulfillment. Ability to own 9-12 products by driving revenues with a deep understanding of clients' business requirements and evangelizing how CoreLogic capabilities align with their needs. Detailed oriented individual who drives collaboration to close deals.  Proactively researches and maintains an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market conditions to fully identify client needs and demonstrate and articulate the CoreLogic value proposition.

Interface with AE: Drives engagement with AE and ensures a strong understanding of the value prop of their solutions. Collaborates with the AE to understand when they should be brought into the discussion. Shares more in-depth knowledge of the solution and value prop by demonstrating the product to the client and helps client understand how CoreLogic products/ solutions will help them.  Partners with AE to negotiate and close new deals.

Collaborates with internal CoreLogic team members and throughout the client organization to proactively solve problems and drive opportunities forward to close deals

Job Qualifications:

  • Possesses in-depth industry knowledge that relates to product/ solution; deep knowledge of assigned CoreLogic products/ solutions; experience in solution selling; strong influence and negotiation skills; strong analytical skills.
  • Strong learning agility. Takes initiative, are driven and possess a competitive nature.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years related sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional and professional demeanor
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Results-driven and persistent
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel skills
  • Basic data and technical competencies
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Please note range that is listed is the annual base salary. This is an OTE compensation package with uncapped commission.

Annual Pay Range:

132,000 - 165,000 USD
