Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design and implement straightforward technical solutions that meet their specific needs. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills while collaborating with experienced Solutions Architects and other internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Work directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
- Solution Design: Design and deliver components of larger solutions or own end-to-end solutions for less complex projects, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of systems and architecture design fundamentals to make informed decisions and create robust solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with senior Solutions Architects and internal teams (sales, engineering, support) to drive customer success and contribute to project delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training programs and seek guidance from mentors to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts to technical audiences, both verbally and in writing, ensuring understanding and alignment.
- Collaborate with delivery & operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of architectural designs.
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and frameworks that optimize performance, scalability, and security.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed and seeking guidance from senior team members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with at least one industry-standard programming / scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, Powershell, Java).
- Preferred experience in a specific industry vertical (e.g., energy, O&G, finance, healthcare, retail).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- General knowledge in at least one technology domain area (e.g., software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).Demonstrated understanding of architectural and design principles.
- Familiarity with common architectural patterns and design principles.
- Ability to create proof of concepts, demos, or scripts.
- Ability to distill customer technical needs into clear, concise requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
