Job Title: AI Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Development Manager to lead our team in revolutionizing our ERP product suite. You will oversee multiple ERP systems and guide the integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities using OpenAI, ChatGPT, and related technologies. This leadership role involves shaping product roadmaps, managing AI-powered feature development, and ensuring successful releases that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of AI engineers, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions within our ERP products, leveraging OpenAI, ChatGPT, and other relevant AI frameworks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into AI-driven features that enhance customer experiences.

  • Drive product roadmaps and strategic planning, ensuring AI initiatives align with business objectives.

  • Manage AI feature development from concept to production, overseeing the full development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and continuously explore new opportunities to leverage them within our ERP ecosystem.

  • Establish and maintain best practices for AI development and deployment.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 7 Years of relevant experience in ML/AI-related roles with expertise in building/deploying AI solutions, including at least 3 years in a management role.

  • Prompt Engineering: Understanding of prompt engineering and optimization techniques to enhance LLMs performance on specific tasks.

  • Model Evaluation & Optimization: Experience in evaluating LLMs capabilities and guiding fine-tuning efforts to ensure task generalization.

  • Response Quality: Ability to collaborate with ML and Integration engineers to ensure the delivery of contextually appropriate responses in a user-friendly web app.

  • Proficient in Python and experience working with machine learning and NLP processing techniques and tools.

  • Experience with NoSQL databases and Vector DB.

  • Solid experience in developing and implementing generative AI models with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques.

  • Proficient in Langchain LLM.

  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

  • Required technical skills: Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT3/4.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
