Lead and mentor a team of blockchain engineers, optimize Blockchain Distribution Network performance, and integrate systems with multiple blockchains while maintaining awareness of blockchain advancements.
This position is a remote position based in the EU timezone.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead a team of blockchain core engineers
- Partner closely with various engineering teams to conceptualize and implement new services
- Optimize the performance of the BDN (Blockchain Distribution Network) by enhancing speed through innovations aligned with the blockchain protocol, network infrastructure, and consensus model
- Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the blockchain distribution network
- Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineers
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain, demonstrating proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust or C++
- At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
- Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBSComprehensive understanding of trading and mining operations, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive innovation
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas through documentation, feedback mechanisms, and collaborative interactions
- Creative, independent, can do attitude
