Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineer Backend in Denver, CO:

Job Duties: Plan, develop, and implement innovative and simplified user interfaces, as well as a virtualized platform for developing cloud-based applications, and a system infrastructure that supports the storage and processing of mission critical data. Deliver a scalable, high performance cloud computing platform. Evaluate, formulate, and implement improved computer algorithms for the development of platform and software application features. Test and review software code—with a view to develop and deploy software applications. Analyze, design, and develop test cases for implementation in Salesforce’s automated software test suites—resolving complex technical issues and driving innovation to improve Salesforce.com. Utilize test case results to develop customized, internal software development tools—enhancing the productivity of Salesforce’s Engineering teams. Design and develop software features and software development platforms for use within client companies and for integration with social media websites. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) C and C#; (3) Python; (4) HTML; (5) PHP; (6) CSS; (7) SQL; (8) Eclipse; (9) Servlets; (10) Agile methodologies. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. 

Salary: $143,300.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $143,300 to $236,500.
