We’re looking for a Social Media + Content Manager to lead Fellow’s social media presence, content strategy, and community engagement. This role is about more than just posting—it’s about building Fellow into the cultural conversation, amplifying organic moments, and creating content that drives engagement and brand love.

This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA and is required to be in-office 3 days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute Fellow’s social media strategy—developing a compelling, consistent brand voice / expression across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality, on-brand storytelling that educates, entertains, and inspires.
  • Lead brand community, engaging with customers, creators, and coffee enthusiasts to deepen relationships and spark conversations.
  • Curate and manage content creator and brand partnerships that align with Fellow’s values and aesthetic.
  • Oversee our influencer program, briefing + managing our influencer agency ensuring brand alignment across the creators, tastemakers, and cultural voices representing our brand.
  • Develop and launch content franchises—recurring content series that build engagement, brand identity, and audience loyalty that can be deployed across channels.
  • Spot and amplify organic cultural moments where Fellow is or can be part of the conversation in an authentic, meaningful way.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to produce compelling content, from short-form videos to in-depth storytelling.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy to drive reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Identify emerging trends, platform shifts, and best practices to keep Fellow ahead of the curve.

 Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing.
  • Proven experience managing a brand’s social presence and community at scale.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Experience in lifestyle, coffee, food & beverage, or design-forward brands is a plus.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
