About Us

At Rox, we believe in empowering people to do their best work.

Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.

We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.

Underlying all of this success is a unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.

The Team

Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.

Members on our team have:

  • Founded and exited successful companies

  • Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic

  • Won IMO and IOI gold medals

  • Published field-defining papers

We’re backed by the best, having raised $50M from Sequoia (Alfred Lin), General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja), Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.

Core PrinciplesTaste: Craft beautiful experiences.

No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.

Obsession: Commit unreasonably.

In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers’ requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.

Action: Get it done.

Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.

Your Role

As a member of Marketing at Rox, you’ll create content that shapes how the market understands us - from customer wins and product launches to team moments and the broader Rox ecosystem. You’ll work directly with engineering, sales, founders, partners, and customers to turn what’s happening inside the company into content people actually want to read, watch, and share.

This is an extremely high-ownership role. You won’t just run our social channels - you’ll help build the machine that drives awareness, excitement, and trust at scale. If you have sharp taste, move fast, and love turning ambitious ideas into reality, we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities
  • Elevate the Rox brand marketing into something unmistakable - building a memorable “brand aura” that people instantly recognize and associate with category leadership.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of tentpole brand campaigns - from concept to launch to amplification across all channels.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment (product, sales, events, design, execs) to ensure campaigns land with clarity, impact, and consistency.

  • Develop bold, differentiated campaign narratives that cut through noise and position Rox as a category-defining company.

  • Own campaign performance, using rapid experimentation and real-time insights to optimize reach, engagement, and brand lift.

  • Enhance Rox’s content strategy across channels, including LinkedIn, X, blog, special campaigns, and announcement storytelling.

  • Experiment with bold creative concepts then double down on what works.

  • Turn key 2026 moments into social campaigns, including 70+ events, new customer logos, major launches, and new product features.

  • Help tell stories across the full Rox ecosystem, including customer stories, product stories, partner stories, and behind-the-scenes team stories.

  • Partner with customers and partners to produce joint narratives, videos, and social-first wins that drive credibility.

  • Stay on top of what’s happening in tech + AI culture, and leverage relevant news + viral moments to insert Rox into the conversation with speed, taste, and credibility.

Qualifications
  • Extreme ownership and bias for action - you take initiative, operate independently, and drive projects end-to-end

  • Exceptional experience in content, social, and brand marketing - with a track record of building breakout campaigns and distinctive brands

  • Elite taste and creative instincts - you know what resonates, what’s derivative, and how to push work to a higher bar

  • Proven ability to create culturally relevant, high-impact campaigns that stand out and drive disproportionate attention

  • Outstanding copywriting skills - able to craft sharp, high-converting messaging across formats, from punchy social to narrative storytelling

  • Strong video production / orchestration capabilities - concepting, shooting, and overseeing editing to produce native, high-quality content for modern platforms

  • High velocity + high standards - consistently ship quickly without compromising on craft, clarity, or impact

  • Fluency across formats - from short-form, social-first content to long-form storytelling, with a strong sense of pacing and narrative

  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator - able to work seamlessly with sales, engineering, founders, customers, and partners to bring ideas to life

  • Deep curiosity for AI and go-to-market - with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into compelling, accessible stories

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
