About The Role

Mochi Health is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to own our growth efforts via organic channels. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Mochi’s customer outreach efforts through high intent keywords and targeted content. You’ll work closely with design, product, analytics, and outside vendors to create and execute. This role reports to Mochi’s Head of Growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare space, a firm foundation in marketing principles, and a track record of successful organic growth, with strong experience across technical analysis, keyword optimization, and content production. You’re a self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as our in-house SEO expert!
  • Spearhead the development, implementation, and management of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Manage content publishing on joinmochi domain to drive traffic
  • Drive SEO analytics for content and technical optimization, including reporting, anomaly detection, forecasting, and sharing case studies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to define, test and launch SEO improvements
  • Expand Mochi organic search share and track and analyze overall success

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of SEO experience at a rapidly growing D2C company, ideally in the telehealth space
  • Deep understanding of core SEO concepts and practices, with knowledge of how various technologies and web design principles impact SEOContent publishing management experience
  • Adept at implementing content, technical, outreach SEO tactics with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional quantitative skills, ability to quickly analyze data, propose actionable recommendations and take action on it
  • Working experience with tools commonly used to track and analyze SEO performance: Ahrefs,Google Search Console, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Nice to have: Technical SEO experience at large-scale sitesNice to have: Proficiency with a scripting language
  • Nice to have: Experience working at a fast-paced SEO Agency

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $170,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
