Make Your Mark:
BlackLine is seeking a Senior GTM Operations Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Global GTM Operations Team. This position will be responsible for managing the incentive compensation processes for one or more GTM groups and will report directly to the Senior Director GTM Operations and Variable Compensation. The role requires familiarity with different incentive compensation plans and the ability to audit calculations and reconcile deltas efficiently. Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deliverables are provided in a timely and accurate manner is critical to success in this role.
You'll Get To:

  • Responsible for managing assigned Participant data in Callidus and serve as the primary point of contact for incentive compensation related inquiries within your territory
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of each compensation plan and their construct within the incentive compensation system, including all key reporting areas
  • 5 or more years' experience using an ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) tool, preferably SAP/Callidus
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Order to Cash process and how it relates to incentive compensation
  • Leverage experience and "fresh perspective" to enhance processes providing increased efficiency and accuracy
  • Build and manage automated reports for team attainment reports and KPIs
  • Lead ad-hoc projects as requested by GTM Management


What You'll Bring:

  • Years of Experience in Related Field: 4+
    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
    Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Experience using Callidus or Xactly
    • Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and complex spreadsheets


    Other:

    • Ability to follow professional and legal protocols when working with personal information that is sensitive or confidential
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid environment
    • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple requests with minimal supervision
    • Experience meeting tight deadlines where data accuracy is critical
    • Experience performing data audits and reconciliations
    • Ability to present complicated data in a manner which can be easily consumed
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
    • Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and perform under tight deadlines
    • Desire to learn and grow

Salary Range:
USD $111,000.00 - USD $138,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
