You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in a highly iterative environment, where new features ship on a fortnightly basis. We are looking for someone who can balance user needs with business objectives, think strategically, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

The PD proactively initiates projects, collaborates seamlessly with engineers and product managers, and maintains momentum across teams. Understanding when to move fast and when to refine, the PD avoids over-analysis while ensuring high-impact execution.

Customer Focus and Problem-Solving: The PD approaches design with curiosity and a deep commitment to understanding user pain points. By combining qualitative research with data insights, the PD crafts solutions that genuinely enhance user experience while supporting business objectives. Execution and Craftsmanship: The PD upholds high standards for usability, accessibility, and design consistency, ensuring polished, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. With expertise in design systems, the PD creates cohesive interfaces while maintaining flexibility for innovation. Outcome-Oriented Thinking: The PD focuses on delivering measurable results, ensuring design decisions align with key business objectives. The PD tracks impact using both qualitative and quantitative data, continuously refining the approach to optimize engagement, retention, and overall product success.

Ownership and Autonomy: The PD is self-driven and takes full responsibility for their work, leading projects independently and ensuring timely delivery. The PD proactively identifies challenges, proposes solutions, and pushes for execution without needing constant direction.
