At Roblox, we are growing and looking for a Senior Recruiter to help build, scale, and influence our recruiting landscape. We are a fun and collaborative team focused on recruiting engineering talent. This person is a strong communicator, collaborator, and leads by example. Successful Builders embrace change and we encourage bringing in fresh ideas and a culture of feedback. As a Senior Recruiter, you will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.
This is a full-time temporary exempt position for 6 months.
You Will:
- Recruit engineering talent for full time positions
- Influence processes helping the team work smarter at scale
- Mentor others by sharing your knowledge
- Coach and partner with hiring managers across the company
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience
- Ensure that operational excellence is at the forefront of your process and take pride in a clean ATS
You Have:
- 6+ years recruiting experience
- Experience and ability to handle high volume
- Experience managing top talent and providing a seamless candidate experience
- Experience solving complex recruiting problems through creativity and innovation
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
- Experience with data and metrics to find insights and tell stories
- Startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to this position.
Monthly Salary Range
$15,600-$15,600 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Hybrid Workspace
Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
