  • Communicating analyses and recommendations clearly and concisely to leadership and the team

What we're looking for:

  • A problem solver comfortable discussing technical details with engineers and communicating synthesized summaries to a cross-functional audience
  • Ownership mindset willing to proactively initiate actions to reduce barriers and make effective decisions
  • Passion for quick learning and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Someone who thrives on solving big problems by breaking them down into milestones and collaborating with a team to execute plans
  • Willingness to initiate and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the company

More specifically, our team is looking for a TPM with:

  • 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience (preferably in Systems, Robotics, Software, or Hardware disciplines)
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs with competing priorities (cost, schedule, feasibility)
  • Creative problem-solving skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience in hardware development (autonomous vehicles, consumer electronics, and/or robotics) and an understanding of software development life cycles/dependencies
  • Experience in managing and driving overarching program-level deliverables, including leadership and partnership skills, and a strong sense of urgency and assertiveness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Bonus Points:

  • MS degree or related field
  • Familiarity with AV development process
  • Experience launching a product from idea to production
