  • Drive the creation and evolution of impactful  product roadmaps and requirements that shape the future of our products and set new standards for success
  • Communicate project progress, decision-making tradeoffs, and risks with key stakeholders effectively, often, and efficiently.

What you will bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management and Development
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing hardware products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering; or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in highly technical products and/or wearable devices
  • Experience in the healthcare field
  • Experience working with medical devices under design control
  • An enthusiasm for applying contemporary tools to product design and development (e.g. Figma, Ketryx, Gong, etc.)

The base salary range for this role is determined based on past experience, specific skills and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes equity, PTO and other benefits.

At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those that lead by example. As such, we're always seeking new contributors whose work demonstrates an avid curiosity, a bias towards simplicity, an eye for composability, a self-service mindset, and - most of all - a deep empathy towards colleagues, stakeholders, users, and patients. We believe a diverse team builds more robust systems and achieves higher impact.
