The Finance Business Product Management Organization is transforming the way business outcomes are achieved by leveraging scale, agility, and efficiency in ServiceNow's internal landscape. Summary:
The Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager is a critical role responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap for Integrated Risk across the enterprise. The perfect candidate is bold, curious, results-oriented, and highly adept at building bridges. You are willing to dive deep into complex problems and possess the influencing skills to bring teams together and deliver the right solutions. You will be responsible for building a multifacted roadmap across the enterprise serving the business strategy across finance, legal, procurement and other cross functional stakeholders.
You will execute a governance framework across a complex landscape of stakeholders and critical business functions including audit, soc, ethics and compliance, cyber security, cloud security, vendor risk and others. You will play a pivotal role in defining the direction and success of the internal adoption, usage and leverage of IRM to support company success . Ensure the delivery of exceptional value to key stakeholders through strategic leadership and effective alignment of work with strategic priorities, with flawless execution in the following areas:

  • Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
  • Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
  • Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8+ years of software product management experience
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
  • Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $168,900 - $295,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
