  • Manage logistics for GTM events, including venue contracts, travel arrangements, and internal communication.

  • Assist in post-event analysis and reporting by gathering and analyzing participant feedback, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, or program management, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana and event management platforms; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience supporting high-profile executive engagements and/or GTM programs (e.g., SKO, President’s Club).

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to travel to global events as needed up to 20% of the time.
