Senior Software Engineer for OPENLANE, Inc. located in Carmel, IN. Coordinate the technical aspects of Salesforce.com CRM application. Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. Maintain the functional areas of data management, monitor end-user usage and security and ensure data integrity across all systems. Implement feature sets using standard and custom objects, workflows, triggers, user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, email alerts and templates, and campaigns. Develop and maintain Apex and Integration tools to other third-party solutions. Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades for optimal performance. Use SOAP, XML and Server-side Java, XSLT, MsSQL, AWS, NodeJS, Snowflake, .Net and other programs. Maintaining pipelines for CI/CD process. Identify usage and data problems and craft technical and communication plans to remedy. Provide technical solutions and provide direction to different technical teams. Collaborating with other departments and teams to complete cross-departmental projects. Open to learning new platforms to support business needs. Support and train new end users on the Salesforce.com applications. Participate in cross-functional teams including the Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) team to address strategic business issues. May work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecom Systems and Networks, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or occupation in Salesforce development, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecom Systems and Networks, or related field and 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or occupation in Salesforce development.

Must possess 4 years of experience with each of the following:

OOP Programming;

Salesforce, APEX, LWC, Aura,Triggers, Batch jobs, build custom adaptors, custom web services;

Azure, DevOps;

Maintaining pipelines for CI/CD using ADO and Github;

Software integration using SOAP or Json;

MsSQL, Oracle, Snowflake;

AWS;

NodeJS; and

Server-side Java, .Net basics.

May work remotely from anywhere in the US.
