You will work on scaling vulnerability management tools across the company, providing millions of users with a flawless and secure experience. You Will:
- Develop and implement automation, tools, dashboards, and remediation capabilities to scale vulnerability management at Roblox.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Design and build automated systems to highlight security issues to owners and make remediation a first-class user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in standard security and vulnerability management methodologies.
You Have:
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on security.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management and scalable mitigation techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with security tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A track record of successfully implementing security solutions focusing on addressing root causes and making vulnerability remediation easy.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$208,260—$258,720 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
