We’re looking for a technical, full-stack and mission-focused engineer to help ideate, implement and launch revenue driving products. The Revenue Growth org is responsible for contributing to a majority of Discord's incremental revenue goals. You will join a full-stack team of engineers working across platforms to build revenue driving products and services at Discord. What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build and maintain new Revenue products on our iOS, Android and Web apps. Collaborate with engineers on the team, and other engineering teams such as Revenue Infrastructure & Core Product, to understand user behavior & needs and build products to drive Revenue.
- Work collaboratively with PMs, Data Scientists and Designers to launch revenue products and bring marketing campaigns to life.
- Architecture elegant and maintainable code with focus on autonomy and support from the team. Uphold a high product and technical quality bar while quickly launching and iterating on features. Introduce coding and operational best practices to the team; always be learning & teaching.
- Work with analytics and experimentation frameworks to quickly experiment with revenue growth ideas and develop deeper understanding of the features we ship.
- Own projects end to end — you’ll be responsible for working with Product and other stakeholders to refine requirements, creating technical designs and specs, implementing changes, and seeing projects through to launch and maintenance.
What you should have
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer and specialized in building and scaling consumer-facing products on web and mobile platforms. It's important to have a solid understanding of the development frameworks and fundamentals of one or more of our platforms: web (React, TypeScript), Android (React Native, Kotlin), iOS (React Native, Objective-C, Swift), and backend (Python and some Elixir).
- You have a strong product sense. You maintain a high degree of empathy for your internal and external users, and seek feedback from them about your work. You take pride in sweating the details of great UX
- You stay up to date on relevant technology trends and developments. You view challenges and mistakes as learning opportunities while building upon your successes. You push yourself and those around you to improve
- Leadership: You are motivated to help your team members succeed and grow and learn from each other through empathetic feedback.
- You love business impact. You get excited seeing numbers go up (or down!) as a result of your work. You have a sharp eye for what changes can bring a product from good to great. You collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to define great solutions to business problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000 - $201,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
