Your role at Dynatrace
Our .NET Agent is a core part of the Dynatrace Platform for automatic instrumentation of .NET applications. Dynatrace OneAgent collects all relevant metrics (including hardware, operating system, and application processes) along 100% of the customers' application-delivery chain. Over 1.2 million NET Agents are already deployed today, monitoring critical customer applications and platforms.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively participate in our agile development process
- Interact with a small, remote, mature development team with years of experience
- Create, test and document new features in the CICS and IMS agents
- Support existing features in the CICS and IMS agents
- Design, test and implement with emphasis on performance and minimal overhead
- Collaborating and mentoring regularly with team members
Qualifications
- At least tenyears of practical experience in z/OS assembler programming
- CICS, z/OS Connect or IMS Connect experience, and a solid understanding of protocols is highly appreciated
- Experience with IMS, DB2, Networking, Security, MQ, CTG, SOAP and WAS is welcome
- Experience with analyzing dumps and traces (3rd level support only)
- Basic skills in application development (internal test apps in Cobol, PL/I and C)
- Basic Java skills and no fears to assist in maintaining our internal test framework
- Basic skills in JCL, SDSF, USS

- Must be able to work in the US
