About the Role
As part of the Software Services Team, you will play a crucial role in building the end-user applications that empower our customers to manage a fleet of vehicles and execute autonomous tasks on our tractors in an agricultural environment. This position will work closely with product and design to develop new features and functionality based on customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Developing new features for our suite of mobile applications used for the planning and execution of autonomous tasks.
- Architecting software components that have clean interfaces and can be easily reused across multiple applications.
- Integrating the application with vehicle & cloud APIs.
- Writing tests for the features you build to ensure correct functionality on both the presentation & underlying logic.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new feature concepts.
- Write RFCs for new product features to clearly drive the development process.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience building web or mobile applications.
- 3+ years of experience developing and shipping mobile applications using Flutter across iOS & Android.
- Experience in building effective user interfaces and scalable UI components.
- Experience with best practices in Flutter state management using packages such as BloC, RiverPod, MobX, etc.
- Desire to learn new technologies and expand your scope as needed in a fast moving startup environment.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
- Experience writing unit, widget, & integration tests in Dart.
- Experience using Figma and working closely with designers on UX interactions.
- Have a keen eye for details and a passion for building UI/UX that is delightful to use.
- Interest in robotics & user interfaces for controlling robotics operations.

Our interview process is generally conducted in five (5) phases:
1. Phone Screen with People Operations (30 minutes)
2. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
3. C++ Coding Challenge (1 hour with an Engineer)
4. Panel Interview (Video interviews scheduled with key stakeholders; each interview will be 30 to 45 minutes)
5. Final Interviews (CEO, CFO, VP of Engineering, 30 minutes each)
