Crusoe Cloud is a managed cloud services platform powered by stranded energy that enables climate-friendly innovation in computationally intensive fields including artificial intelligence, graphics rendering, and computational biology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier ServiceDesk support to Crusoe’s staff, mastering the IT
    Department's technology stack to meet end-user needs (MDM, IdP-SSO, XDR,
    Google Workspace, etc.)

  • Excel as a master troubleshooter at the ServiceDesk level, solving complex IT issues
    efficiently

  • Adhere strictly to the ServiceDesk Team SOPs and IT Department policies, setting
    an example for ticketing and process compliance

  • Act as an IT ambassador to Crusoe Industries manufacturing staff, assisting with any
    technology needs to support operational goals

  • Assist the IT Asset Manager with receiving, inventory management, and audits

  • Follow established escalation procedures and communication protocols, ensuring
    that IT decisions are flagged up the department’s chain of command

  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning tasks for new and departing
    employees

  • Support the IT Manager and the System Engineering team with delegated tasks and
    assist with regular maintenance

  • Participate in project work and perform research as assigned by the IT Operations
    Group

  • Contribute to the growth and maintenance of the ServiceDesk Team’s
    documentation

  • Maintain timely communications and acknowledgments with all stakeholders

  • Travel up to 20% to support other Crusoe office locations

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems (CIS),
    Computer Science (CS), Cognitive Science, or equivalent work experience (7+ years
    in Enterprise IT Support or MSP)

  • Strong proficiency in MacOS support, including terminal command line and native
    utilities

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, with a strong grasp of Active Directory and
    Enterprise Windows Servers (i.e., domain environments)

  • 5+ years of experience with MDM solutions or RMM solutions

  • Meticulous attention to detail in troubleshooting, documentation, and note-taking

  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting network issues at an intermediate level, with
    the ability to communicate network-related topics to the System Engineering team
    during escalations

  • Prior experience working in manufacturing environments is ideal

  • A self-starter who knows when to ask for help and thrives in a team environment

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $115,000 - $140,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
