We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Specialist to lead and manage the entire sales process for our US market. This role will focus on developing and executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the B2B sector, experience with both product and service offerings, and a deep understanding of the software development industry, including AI and Deep Tech fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and adjust go-tomarket (GTM) strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the US market
  • Create and manage the sales pipeline, negotiate, and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with overseas teams across marketing, sales, and software development to ensure seamless execution of strategies
  • Prepare and analyze sales data to make informed, data-driven decisions that improve performance
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop market penetration strategies for new or existing regions
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer interactions and optimize the sales process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the software development industry, including the AI landscape
  • Understanding of client buyer needs in complex technology business environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing both product and service-type offerings
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to leverage data for decision-making
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales methodologies
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
