What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Operations Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, this role will partner closely with one or more key segments within our sales organization to drive operational excellence and transformation, analytics and insight, efficiency, and strategic alignment. 

This position can be based out of Holmdel (New Jersey) or remote US.

Responsibilities:

Operational Execution:

  • Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop and execute tactical and strategic initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales organization.
  • Drive sales and pipe teams to accurate end to end funnel hygiene and prioritization of key deals/outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure outcomes, alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.

Sales Transformation:

  • Identify and quantify/qualify opportunities to drive significant improvement against key metrics/outcomes.
  • Implement solutions working across multiple levels and functions of the business with solid project and programme management fundamentals and strong governance.
  • Control and prioritize opportunities and manage expectations of transformation portfolio within hierarchy and across the business.
  • Partner with enablement to ensure seamless rollout of changes to impacted business areas.

Analytics and Insight:

  • Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7-10 years overall experience with 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related field, with a focus on operational excellence, analytics, transformation and sales strategy.
  • Proven ability to identify, quantify/business case and implement impactful transformation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting using salesforce, tableau (or similar) and sheets/excel.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in one or more customer segment across:
    • Small to medium business
    • Mid-market and enterprise
    • Customer success/account management of the existing customer base
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other relevant sales tools such as Gong, Highspot and Zoom Info.
