What you’ll do

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our growing GTM org. You will support all aspects of the GTM function including territory and account planning, sales compensation, systems maintenance, marketing operations, order management and forecasting.

This is a full-time position that reports to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in forecasting and territory planning analysis

  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.

  • Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, LeanData, etc)

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and efficiencies

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker who is willing to roll up your sleeves and execute. You have demonstrated experience building and implementing processes and efficiencies. You have strong proficiency with Salesforce and other GTM tools.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of previous experience in a revenue operations or sales-support role. Previous experience at a SaaS startup is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and experience with other GTM systems and Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience in a similar role in the SaaS industry is a plus

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the overall revenue lifecycle
