Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Merchandising Manager of National Retail will be responsible for the development and execution of retail merchandising tactics across all retail channels overseeing a team of project managers. The channels will consist of the indirect dealer channel and all national retail outlets. The team will support Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile ensuring all merchandising tactics are created & distributed to retail to support product and promotional campaigns.
Through their leadership, the Merchandising Manager of National Retail will ensure the communications & operations of the team are effective for the best execution in stores. The role will direct merchandising directives, tactical creative development and print production & distribution. In addition oversee the team's order management systems which help to serve retailers with apparel, in-store price tags, and merchandising graphic fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in National Retail and Retail Merchandising materials/print production
  • Responsible for overseeing the production of signage display, and print processes
  • Develop and execute retail merchandising tactics across all retail channels, including but not limited to the Indirect channel
  • Support Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile by ensuring all merchandising tactics are supporting product and promotional campaigns
  • Effectively communicate cross-departmentally and with the field to achieve best execution in stores.
  • Carry out merchandising directives; tactical creative development and print production & distribution
  • Oversee the team's order management systems which help to serve retailers with apparel, in-store price tags, and merchandising graphic fulfillment


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in liberal arts preferred
  • Minimum 4 years Channel Marketing or Marketing Communication experience or similar role
  • Project management experience highly desired


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leading a team of project managers in the development & delivery of Retail Merchandising tactics
  • Subject matter expert in the concept & ideation of field merchandising tactics. Recommend tactics, materials, vehicles, or production methods
  • Effectively manage a considerable number of projects at one time
  • Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with challenging timelines and multiple projects running simultaneously
  • Collaborator who works well with other internal departments (i.e. Brand, Creative, Sales Operations, Product Management, Legal)
  • Take initiative and make suggestions to improve processes & reduce costs
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
