As a Senior Program Manager of TA Enablement, you will be instrumental in building out our recruiting enablement strategy. You will own, design and manage a variety of initiatives that equip the TA organization and our hiring teams with solutions, insight and guidance to meet our most critical hiring needs.

Role is based in our San Mateo, CA headquarters on a hybrid model (In-office Tuesday - Thursday)

You Will:

  • Build and manage a comprehensive TA enablement program, equipping Recruiting and Hiring Partners with the vital resources and training to effectively meet hiring goals, while ensuring the program evolves to address new challenges and opportunities.
  • Establish regular cadence to gather, review, and test interview questions for relevance, clarity, and alignment with Roblox evaluation rubrics. Actively drive process updates and changes to optimize question quality and relevance at scale.
  • Organize, train, and calibrate interviewer pools to enhance assessment consistency and quality, while increasing interviewer capacity and ensuring reliable evaluations across all Roblox groups.
  • Redesign our interview and hiring training programs and offerings, fostering a culture of continuous learning on evolving interview practices and sophisticated topics, ensuring alignment with our hiring philosophy and feedback-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and relevant audiences to align TA enablement programs and process updates with broader business goals
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in TA enablement. Implement solutions to improve efficiency, set performance goals, and track data for ongoing improvements and decision-making.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with program and project management frameworks and demonstrated track record of initiating, leading & managing complex programs inclusive of communication and change management plans
  • Extensive change management experience, leading large-scale recruiting initiatives that drive transformation and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Expertise in training methodologies, developing enablement programs, creating content, and managing communication channels
  • Familiarity with pulling and interpreting data from recruiting tools and is able to leverage insights to solve problems with minimal oversight
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to achieve desired outcomes
  • Additional experience in a recruiting operations or TA related role in a rapidly growing technical organization is preferred

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$192,840$236,210 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
