Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Overview
We believe organizations that are able to do three things really well, are best empowered to deliver amazing outcomes.

  1. Align teams and work to goals. When goals are shared and agreed to, transparently visible always, and measurable through all stages of work, alignment across teams flows.
  2. Planning and tracking work. When everyone has a shared understanding of the who, what, why, and when of work, collaboration and progress are inevitable.
  3. Unleash knowledge. Knowledge is everywhere and nowhere if you canʻt find it or access it. When the power of collective knowledge can be harnessed, collective growth is unlocked.

These three key tenets are the foundation for effective modern teamwork.
The Teamwork Foundations Solutions Marketing Team is looking for a Senior PMM to help illustrate and communicate this story and the real tangible benefits customers can expect to our enterprise customer base and to enable our growing and highly-motivated sales team.
