The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Enterprise PMM team and help drive how Superhuman wins in our sales-managed business. Our Enterprise motion is the fastest growing part of our business and is our key focus moving forward. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to build the assets, stories, and programs that generate enterprise pipeline and accelerate our managed business even further.

A core part of this role is translating complex, technical product capabilities into clear documentation and enablement — how-to guides, integration overviews, and instructional content that both sellers and enterprise buyers can actually use. You’ll partner directly with product designers and engineers to understand how features work, then make that information easy to understand for audiences with very different technical backgrounds.

This is a great role for a high-ownership PMM who is energized by enterprise go-to-market motions, has a strong bias for execution, and takes pride in making complicated things simple.

Ownership

In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop sales enablement content that helps AEs and SEs articulate Superhuman's value to enterprise buyers — including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and discovery guides

  • Study the product directly and partner with designers and engineers to produce accurate how-to guides, technical one-pagers, and FAQ content that explain complex capabilities clearly

  • Incorporate diagrams, screenshots, illustrations, and short videos to increase understanding, and select the right medium for each audience and message

  • Standardize messaging and technical content across platforms, channels, and teams — keeping it consistent across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Own competitive intelligence for the enterprise segment — tracking the landscape, distilling insights, and turning them into sharp positioning and enablement that helps sellers win

  • Collect feedback from sellers, customers, and the field to continually update and improve content after it ships

  • Partner with Revenue Marketing to create campaign-ready assets that drive enterprise pipeline, including landing pages, email sequences, and content across the funnel

  • Work with Product to develop launch plans and go-to-market strategies for enterprise-facing features and capabilities

Qualifications
  • You have 3–5 years in product marketing or technical content/communications, with experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS.

  • You have strong writing and storytelling skills — you can turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and documentation for both business and technical audiences.

  • You’re comfortable getting into the technical details: studying product samples, talking with designers and developers, and explaining how things work to non-experts.

  • You understand the needs of an enterprise sales team and have experience creating enablement content that actually gets used in the field.

  • You are self-directed and highly organized — you manage multiple projects simultaneously and ship quality work without heavy oversight.

Competencies
  • Technical Storytelling & Documentation: You craft narratives and clear documentation that make complex capabilities feel simple and inevitable. You write with clarity and conviction, tailor a message to its audience, and know how to enhance understanding with visuals and the right medium.

  • Cross-Functional Translation: You can sit with engineers and designers to understand a feature deeply, then communicate it accurately to sellers, marketers, and customers — managing consistency of technical content across departments.

  • Sales Partnership Instincts: You understand what sellers need to win. You've built enablement content that gets used in the field — not just stored in a folder — and you take shared ownership of pipeline outcomes.

  • AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.

  • Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.

  • Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary.

  • Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success.

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Compensation and Benefits

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:

  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)

  • Disability and life insurance options

  • 401(k) and RRSP matching

  • Paid parental leave

  • 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time

  • Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)

  • Annual professional development budget and opportunities

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
