About the Role
Your job is to become the Doss product expert and help educate prospects and customers on how our Adaptive Resource Platform (ARP) works—from its flexible data model to its workflow automation capabilities.
You'll be driving E2E content creation (copy and visuals), are a 10x Figma user, and have an excellent instinct for enterprise aesthetics.
Your Projects

Content Creation: Create case studies, solution guides, and sales collateral (e.g., datasheets) to support demand generation and sales efforts.

Email Newsletter: Collaborate on regular newsletter editions that cover product updates, feature deep dives, and customer success stories.

Website Ownership: Manage and evolve our marketing website by adding case studies, feature breakdowns, and customer-centric content.

Social Media: Post frequently on LinkedIn, catering to a variety of industries and personas, while maintaining a consistent marketing content calendar.

Areas of Growth: Expand into projects ranging from product enablement (e.g., educational hubs) and documentation to growth hacking experiments that amplify reach and engagement.
What We’re Looking For

You’re comfortable creating content that speaks to operations, finance, and supply chain professionals with zero fluff.

Capture and message specifically for Doss customers across multiple distinct industries: manufacturing, construction, food & beverage, CPG, etc.

Strong design sense—you can create wireframes or contribute ideas for product pages.

You have 4+ years of product marketing experience.

You’ve done this role before and can work autonomously, whether it’s launching a new feature or creating a customer case study.

You’re located in the SF Bay Area and excited to work in-person 5x/week.

You’re energized by the opportunity to work at an early-stage company and build from 0 to 1.
