Know the Product Manager Team

As a Product Manager, you'll have an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organization at the center of the mobile movement. The Product Manager ensures client and user satisfaction by overseeing product and project planning, implementation, and tracking. By focusing on delivering an outstanding User and Consumer Experience, we achieve one of our key objectives, turning our clients into HEROES!

In our company, the Product Manager is the glue that binds the team together and the grease that keeps the product and the project moving in the right direction. Most importantly, the Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the client is completely satisfied with their product when it’s delivered.

This diverse position includes responsibilities such as running strategic product sessions, partnering with partner agencies on delivery, writing product requirements in the form of stories, leading the team assigned to your project, acting as the liaison to the client or partner during the design & development cycle, managing delivery, and managing budgets of time and money.

Additionally, the Product Manager is responsible for communicating status transparently to all stakeholders and serves as an evangelist for ArcTouch services. When not assigned to a client or partner project, you will work on special projects or in a support role, assisting our Sales team with estimates and client pitches.

The ideal candidate will have digital agency or technology consulting experience and have delivered apps, websites, or connected experiences from concept to launch and beyond for enterprise and consumer markets. You should be able to create long-term product roadmaps and manage product release cycles. Additionally, you will have a proven ability to coordinate between geographically separated production teams of Engineers, QA, Product Managers, and Designers with consistent results.

Our team comprises the best of the best, and we are looking for passionate people who want to join our award-winning team.

Role expectations:

  • Be an ambassador for high performance, leadership, and teamwork.
  • Use your project and product background, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and help them achieve their product vision and objectives.
  • Be a great communicator, building personal and professional relationships and appreciating interactions to promote alignments and opportunities.
  • Drive the creation of a release capacity plan based on a high-level scope involving all relevant internal stakeholders to inform the pre-sales effort.
  • Develop a resourcing plan and negotiate the allocation of people who best suit your project's needs to guarantee its success.
  • Own all delivery steps, work with designers (UI/UX) on prototypes, create and prioritize user stories, and collaborate with Engineers and QAs assigned to the project.
  • Organize and document the project and facilitate effective ceremonies (dailies, plannings, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Keep close track of the project budget, always looking for ways to improve the project's profitability.
  • Acts as the glue that holds your team together, removing blockers, mediating conflicts, and always keeping everyone focused on achieving the goals.
  • Effectively communicate with executives and key client stakeholders using strong communication and English language skills.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to guide your project team through continuous and sustainable improvements to their workflow.
  • Be capable of supporting the company's leadership to explore new business opportunities and even spearhead some of them.
  • Occasionally run strategic product sessions, user testing, and A/B testing with our clients.
  • Occasionally work assisting our Sales team with estimates and client pitches.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Collaborate on the project and product strategy creation and execution.
  • Work with the teams to balance competing demands for customer value, quality, scope, time, and cost.
  • Identify and manage project budget, and risks, escalating them when necessary.
  • Manage the team's workflow, ensuring constant improvement without losing sight of product effectiveness.
  • Communicate with clients in the United States and Europe, understanding their needs and proposing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines to communicate product strategy and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Collect, analyze, and propose solutions based on available data.
  • Lead backlog refinement sessions and own backlog prioritization and user stories.
  • Collaborate with UX, UI, QA, and engineering teams to define viable solutions and review test scenarios when applicable.
  • Promote a product culture in a consulting environment and actively lead the agile ceremonies.
  • Keep up with trends in the tech world and be prepared to use this knowledge when needed.
  • Be an inspiring leader, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
  • Maintain an unblocking “to-do” list and execute it to keep everyone unblocked and moving forward.
  • Be client-facing, reporting clear information to internal and external stakeholders.
