Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Unity Monetization team. You will be responsible for products and features supporting developers monetizing their games. The PM in this role will work on helping our customers protect their brand integrity by providing tools to make it easy to review, block, and manage the content running on their games. 

• Assist customers in protecting their brand integrity by providing tools for content review, blocking, and management of their games. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the vision of the project. Execute the product strategy and roadmap. Lead customer engagements to gather feedback to define clean product and design requirements. 
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify future opportunities. 
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including clears plans, KPIs, and methods to tracking product success and risks.
• Drive effective communication among stakeholders from various groups, including executives, engineering, product, UX designers, operations, sales, and customer success.

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or a related field; 
• Require two (2) years of related work experience; 
• Require two (2) years of experience in Designing on web or mobile platform with focus on B2B product design; Working with design, analytics, and product management; Front and backend design using technologies like JavaScript, Python, Flask, or React; Applying UI/UX design principles to create visually appalling and clear product; Gathering feedback and understanding customer needs to define design requirements; and Working with multiple teams to launch product from concept to completion.

• 40hrs/week. Mon-Fri, 8: 30a.m – 5:30pm.
• Salary: $153,000 to $163,000/yr. 
• Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week.
