Job Duties and Responsibilities
Are you looking to grow your career as a Sr Product Manager, Vendor Relations in the Denver area, working with a company that constantly disrupts their industry? Our team gets to deliver creative solutions for our new Wireless venture! We're looking for a talented, driven, passionate Technical Vendor Manager to join the Boost Mobile family and drive our business forward through delivering world class products to our customers, partners, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management and key partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while managing deliverables.
  • Oversee feature delivery, change management, roadmap strategy, and execution.
  • Align Boost Mobile and partner delivery schedules to ensure timely and successful solutions.
  • Communicate progress of initiatives, prepare reports, and manage escalations as needed.
  • Evaluate product effectiveness post-launch, prioritize backlog features, and mitigate business risks.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
  • 4 years of Vendor, Program Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Smart, persistent, high-energy, strategic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with self-motivation and intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • JIRA, telecommunications, billing systems, and operations experience a plus.


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
