At Sprinter Health, our mission is to dramatically expand access to healthcare by reimagining the patient experience—delivered at home and powered by technology for scale.
We're looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial product manager (PM) to take ownership of the mission-critical patient engagement and growth capability across our products and services. This is a role that promises day 1 impact and has an uncapped upper bound on individual trajectory, influence, and development.
About us:
We're building the technology and clinical services stack to make preventive, connected healthcare accessible for everyone in the US. We deliver hybrid care (in-home + virtual) backed by data products across 15+ states, serving 60%+ of the US population through major health plans and systems. With 1M+ patients and 92+ NPS, we're rapidly scaling our impact. Our team of technologists, clinicians, and operators is backed by investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel, which have backed companies like Devoted Health, Livongo, Benchling, Stripe, Ramp, Airbnb, Lyft, Instagram, and Databricks.
Your mission, if you choose to accept:
As a Senior Product Manager, Engagement + Growth, your true north star will be to build, optimize, and scale the Sprinter engagement engine that reaches, activates, and retains individuals in their pursuit of proactively caring for their health. You will have responsibility for both the conversion and the experience of the engagement journey.
Today, we employ an omnichannel, technology-forward approach across digital (email, SMS) and outbound patient outreach (calls). We’ve built an excellent technology and ops foundation as a launching point that is driving best-in-class engagement rates, but there are many immediately impactable adjacencies that await.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable at the strategic level (owning multi-year vision + roadmap), energized by having hands-on optimization levers around the conversion funnel and patient experience.
From day one, you will be stepping into a role with a direct impact opportunity with hundreds of thousands of addressable patients, a culture of tech-forwardness balanced with a deep respect for what it means to drive patient impact, and a robust engagement tech foundation to build upon. It’s the ultimate sandbox for growth and impact.
There’s no ceiling for impact or growth in this role and there are additional leadership and management opportunities depending on experience level.
Time to Build!
Justin Larkin,
Chief Product Officer
