About the Role: 

Drive Demandbase’s Next Phase of Growth with Innovative Data Products

Demandbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our growing Data Products team. We have ambitious plans to make Demandbase data and insights the fuel for AI across the B2B enterprise and customer’s technology stacks, and this role will be instrumental in ensuring we have the right product vision, strategy, and offerings in place to be successful.

  • Continued and improved position as a Leader in the Go-To-Market Data Provider space.
  • Demandbase is a “must have” and indispensable solution across our Enterprise customer base.
  • Our sales and customer facing teams love working with you to identify and sell new innovative data solutions to data science and operations teams.
  • Our strategic partners love working with you to make our joint customers successful across our various data integrations.
  • Our product and engineering teams look forward to hearing your customer and market insights, to help improve existing and build new data offerings.

The base compensation range for this position for candidates in the SF Bay Area is: $140,000 - $210,000. For all other locations, the base compensation range is based on the primary work location of the candidate as our ranges are location specific. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset, years of experience, and depth of experience.

  • Get Things Done: Learn, build, learn, iterate, and repeat. You are able to execute effectively across multiple high priority workstreams, leveraging deep relationships with other Product Managers, Engineers, and leaders in the organization.

Data Modeling Expertise: At our core, Demandbase is a data company. You have a knack and prior experience with leading data modeling and schema design initiatives and helping customers and partners understand and get value from data.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on data products or data-driven platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience working with R&D teams to bring data products to life, including data modeling and writing detailed specifications.
  • Proven experience in delivering innovative data solutions that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Expertise in working with cross-functional teams, including technical customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to calibrate your messaging to the target audience (technical, non-technical) and what outcomes they care about.
