We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with exceptional UX and visual design expertise to elevate our product experience and lead design initiatives from concept to execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer interactions across our enterprise-grade CXA platform, driving innovation in complex systems and ensuring cohesive, intuitive user experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned designer who embraces a growth mindset and wants to drive the conversation about designing with AI, for AI. You will refine and expand our design system, influence product direction, and be a steward of design excellence at Ushur.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences across multiple products, platforms, and devices, primarily web and conversational interfaces.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable, and intuitive design systems and workflows.
• Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications that guide implementation and uphold visual consistency.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to understand our B2B and B2B2C customers and inform design decisions on their behalf.
• Drive and maintain a high standard of visual design through thoughtful use of typography, hierarchy, layout, color, and interaction patterns.
• Advocate for design excellence and contribute to the evolution of our design system and UX processes.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach, strategic thinking, and ability to solve complex UX challenges. A case study demonstrating problem statement through execution and iteration is highly recommended
• Proficient in modern design tools (Figma, PenPot, generative prototyping tools, etc.) and constant curiosity about the future of design tools and processes
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing long-term vision with short-term needs
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Experience with accessibility standards, usability testing, and data-driven design is a plus
• Background in startups or fast-paced environments is a strong bonus
• Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time hours
• Ability to meet with India-based time zones 2-3 hours per week
