Description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Designer who not only excels in designing exceptional user experiences but also serves as a strategic partner to our CEO.

This role goes beyond traditional design responsibilities—our ideal candidate will rigorously test industry solutions, deeply understand the nuances of AI agents and their value propositions, and validate strategic visions through continuous engagement with customers and competitors.

As the primary customer advocate within our company, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy and guiding our market positioning.

Requirements
Role Description
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the CEO to develop and refine strategic opinions and long-term visions, ensuring innovations are forward-thinking and market-relevant.
  • Product & Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of current products and emerging technologies, particularly AI agents, assessing functionality, practical value, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Engage actively with customers and monitor competitor activities to continually validate and refine the strategic vision, ensuring products align with market expectations and leverage emerging industry trends.
  • Portfolio & Case Study Leadership: Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of detailed, high-quality portfolios and case studies highlighting iterative design processes, problem-solving approaches, and measurable impacts on customer experience.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between design, product development, and customer-facing teams to effectively integrate customer insights and market feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Innovation & Creative Leadership: Propose and develop creative solutions and ideas that enhance product functionality, aesthetic value, and contribute meaningfully to overarching business and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Design Expertise: Proven skills in design thinking, UX and user-centered design.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, etc..).
  • AI Curiosity & Experience: Passionate about innovation, with hands-on experience or strong interest in AI agents—capable of analyzing their functionality, value, and applicability to our products.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional skills in communication and collaboration, particularly within distributed or hybrid team settings, with proven success navigating agile teams and complex projects.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Skilled at synthesizing customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market data into actionable product recommendations and strategic advice.
  • Analytical & Driven: Self-motivated with strong analytical skills, relentlessly exploring new ideas, challenging traditional approaches, and validating strategic visions with market realities.

Join us if you’re eager to strategically influence product vision, drive customer-centric innovation, and push creative boundaries. We seek someone who designs with passion and thinks with purpose.
