With a passionate fanbase and over 97 million monthly active viewers, the company is committed to putting viewers first with free, accessible entertainment for all.

About the Role:

Tubi is building a world class streaming platform and we are looking for designers to join our Product Design team within the Viewer Organization. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end product design (UX, UI, prototyping) for multiple features across our OTT platforms.

In this role, you will deliver both tactical and strategic design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs. By partnering closely with cross-functional teams—including Research, Product, and Engineering—you will drive the vision and strategy for your pod, ensuring the creation of innovative, best-in-class user experiences.

This is a hybrid role in our San Francisco office.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Research, Product and Engineering to identify, prioritize and scope new opportunities
  • Generate user flows, prototypes and other design artifacts which help communicate your solution hypothesis
  • Craft elegant and scalable design solutions for tubi.tv that are aligned with best practices and fully compliant with engineering and accessibility requirements
  • Garner approval from cross-functional stakeholders, manage and incorporate feedback, and drive toward consensus
  • Collaborate with Research and Data Science to generate insights and use data to measure the impact of your design decisions
  • Work autonomously to identify new opportunities and influence your pod’s product roadmap

Your Background:

  • Typically ~5 years of experience in building digital products
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design and prototyping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems through elegant solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience working on OTT platforms that reach millions of users
  • Ability to champion collaborative product-making and partner closely with Engineering and Product teams
  • Experience with experiment-driven product development: using data and research to understand the needs, behaviors and motivations of users
  • Experience contributing, maintaining and scaling design systems
  • Proficiency with industry standard design tools like Figma and ProtoPie

Skills that will set you apart:

  • Familiarity with OEM design standards and guidelines, allowing for the creation of cohesive experiences across different hardware platforms
  • Ability to think holistically and create scalable design systems that allow for coherent and intuitive user experiences across multiple platforms, while also supporting fast iteration and expansion of features
