About the role

Center for Data Insights is looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support Product Technology team. As a Senior ProductAnalyst, you will be the primary partner for the Partnerships Technology team supporting everything from stakeholder management, core reporting and metric building, to experimentation, and beyond. We are looking for someone who is a leader, can developing operational dashboards, extracting insights from datasets, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to enhance the customer experience, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics.

We are considering applicants for our San Francisco and Culver City offices.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience guiding growth through reasoning and analysis with at least 1 year in a Senior capacity.
  • You have experience supporting product teams, demonstrating an understanding of metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.
  • You can translate data insights into relevant recommendations for partners.
  • You are an expert in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, or similar.
  • You have a background in applied data analysis, including A/B testing and observational causal inference methods.
  • You have experience with compute and orchestration tools like Databricks, Airflow.
  • You have experience scripting, programming, and have SQL skills.
  • You have experience with AWS services like Redshift, Glue, Athena.
  • You are comfortable working with large datasets, handling billions of records.
  • You excel in collaborative environments, working positively with others.
  • You can navigate a matrixed organization, collaborating across different teams and departments.

A day in the life of our Senior Data Analyst:

  • Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, such as web analytics, transactional data, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns, to identify insights by building intuitive dashboards.
  • Apply statistical models, and forecasting techniques to predict customer behavior, sales trends, and demand patterns. Use these models to create recommendations.
  • Translate complex data findings into concise recommendations to guide strategic decisions, improve conversion rates, improve pricing, and enhance customer segmentation.
  • Use statistical modeling techniques to conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, regression analysis, and other advanced statistical methods to uncover patterns, correlations, and predictive insights.
  • Design interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MixPanel, and Apache Superset).

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
