Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive pricing strategies for our diverse range of solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various contract types, including Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF,) Time & Materials (T&M), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP,) and will collaborate closely with internal teams to establish competitive and profitable pricing models.

What you will do:

  • Develop Pricing Models: Design and build pricing models from the ground up, ensuring they align with our financial objectives and market positioning.
  • Proposal/ROM Pricing Development: Utilize models to construct internal pricing content for government proposal volumes and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with finance, product development, and sales teams to determine accurate internal costs for individual product lines and develop pricing strategies that reflect these insights.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and company objectives to establish new pricing for solutions and services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Expected Accomplishments in the First Six Months:

  • Pricing Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement pricing strategies for solutions and services with minimal assistance, demonstrating a strong understanding of our offerings and effective price-to-win strategies.
  • Proposal/ROM Pricing Efficiency: Proven ability to receive client requirements from fellow team members and create comprehensive initial pricing documents, with a clear understanding of estimated profit margins and levers for price-to-win adjustments. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate the ability to understand complex technical solutions and align them with current market trends and demands.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Active Security Clearance
  • Proven experience in pricing analysis, preferably within a similar industry, with a track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of CPFF, T&M, and FFP contract structures.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess internal costs, market data, and financial implications of pricing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate pricing strategies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office 
  • Constantly work with computers and other information technology equipment
