The Bestow Revenue team is on a mission to transform the Life Insurance industry by providing insurance carriers with the technology platform to innovate and improve their products and distribution. Our end-to-end Enterprise SaaS platform allows carriers to rapidly stand up fully customized life insurance products, offer their customers and advisors a cutting-edge experience, and grow their business through continuous testing and iteration. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Partner Success Manager will work closely with Bestow’s sales and product team to launch new Bestow clients and help oversee enterprise-level accounts' growth, expansion, and management. We are looking for a growth-oriented leader who can navigate internal and partner dynamics to drive growth. The location is remote; however, we have an office location in Dallas.

This role is highly impactful and visible and provides opportunities to drive growth for Bestow and our life carrier partners.

This role reports to Bestow’s Head of Partner Success and is open to Remote.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Independently drive end-to-end implementation of new enterprise partnerships, coordinating across internal and partner teams to achieve launch milestones. 

  • Lead post-sales partner success for key accounts, including sales planning and forecasting, driving adoption, and timely implementation of growth initiatives.

  • Proactively drive growth by expanding existing enterprise partner relationships - new distribution, products, and custom work.

  • Provide support to business development efforts to ensure a smooth transition from initial sales to implementation. 

  • Serve as the key relationship manager with partners’ leadership and employees, acting as the voice of the partner within Bestow. 

  • Support planning and prioritization discussions internally at Bestow and jointly with partners. 

  • Establish and maintain ongoing meeting cadence with cross-functional partner teams to ensure alignment and progress. 

  • Create and deliver communications, reporting, and sales campaigns to drive adoption and deepen partnerships.

  • Some travel is required to support individual client efforts (e.g., solution workshops and regular leadership on-site).

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years experience managing enterprise relationships - preferably either in the life insurance or software industries. Management consulting experience with meaningful client-facing roles is a plus!

  • Deep expertise in navigating large organizations and multiple stakeholders from the outside to accomplish objectives and goals.

  • Background with the implementation of large enterprise programs; software solution implementations are particularly valued.

  • Passionate about client service and energized by the challenge of solving complex problems.

  • Strong executive communication skills and attention to detail. 

  • Strong research and analytical skills and ability to work with data. 

  • Experience with the creation and delivery of polished, client-facing presentations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or related field or equivalent experience.
